A fast-growing international iGaming operator is hiring a Marketing Manager to lead its marketing strategy and execution for the Peruvian market. The company is licensed locally and focused primarily on sports betting, with ambitious growth plans and a commitment to localization and performance.

You’ll own the entire marketing funnel for Peru, including online and offline campaigns, brand positioning, media buying, promotions, CRM coordination, partnerships, and agency oversight.

What You’ll Do:

• • Develop and execute the local marketing strategy for Peru (acquisition + retention)
  • Manage campaigns across digital (social, paid, SEO), influencers, affiliates, and offline media
  • Coordinate with central teams (CRM, Design, Content) to localize materials and promotions
  • Analyze marketing KPIs and optimize for ROI and player growth
  • Build and manage relationships with local agencies, media outlets, and brand partners
  • Ensure compliance with local advertising regulations and industry standards

Required Skills & Experience:

• 3+ years of marketing experience in iGaming (ideally sports betting)
• Strong understanding of the Peruvian market and player behavior
• Proven track record managing campaigns across multiple channels
• Data-driven mindset and experience working with KPIs, budgets, and ROIs
• Excellent communication skills in Spanish and English
• Ability to work independently and coordinate with global teams
• Nice to have:
  • Experience with CRM tools, affiliate marketing, or media buying
  • Existing network in the local sports or gaming scene
  • Experience launching a brand or entering new markets
