
Marketing Manager – Chile
We’re hiring a Marketing Manager for Chile on behalf of a well-established international iGaming operator with a strong presence in Latin America. This is a fully remote position, but candidates must be based in Chile and have solid knowledge of the local sports, entertainment, and digital media landscape.
You’ll take full ownership of the brand’s marketing strategy in the Chilean market—leading campaigns, managing local partnerships, executing promotional activities, and working with cross-functional teams to drive acquisition, engagement, and retention.
What You’ll Do:
- Marketing Strategy & Execution
- Own the marketing plan for Chile, aligned with company goals
- Plan and execute digital and offline campaigns to acquire and retain users
- Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify growth opportunities
- Brand & Content
- Ensure consistent brand voice and tone across all channels
- Oversee content localization and culturally relevant communication
- Collaborate with content and design teams to create engaging campaigns
- Media & Partnerships
- Identify and manage partnerships with media outlets, influencers, and sports entities
- Negotiate media buys and sponsorships that drive ROI
- Coordinate with internal teams and agencies on campaign rollouts
- Promotions & CRM
- Develop and manage promotional calendars tailored to local events and player behavior
- Collaborate with CRM teams to implement personalized and timely communications
- Monitor KPIs like CPA, ROI, LTV, and conversion rates to optimize campaigns
- Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Work closely with product, acquisition, and creative teams
- Provide feedback and local insights to enhance product offering and user experience
- Report market-specific updates and performance to regional leadership
Required Skills & Experience:
- 3–5 years of experience in marketing, preferably in iGaming, digital entertainment, tech, or e-commerce
- Strong knowledge of the Chilean market, especially sports culture and online trends
- Hands-on experience with digital channels (Meta, Google, programmatic, affiliates, influencers)
- Data-driven and results-oriented with excellent analytical skills
- Native-level Spanish and fluent English
