
Customer Support Agent

We’re hiring a Customer Support Agent in Luanda for one of the fastest-growing operators in Africa. You’ll be part of a high-performing, player-focused support team and contribute to delivering an exceptional gaming experience across casino and sportsbook verticals.
What You’ll Do:
- Provide fast, friendly, and professional support via live chat, email, and phone
- Help players with account issues, payments, bonuses, promotions, and general queries
- Troubleshoot technical issues and escalate when necessary
- Stay informed on current sports events, odds, and new product features
- Promote responsible gaming and brand loyalty
- Work flexible shifts to ensure 24/7 customer support
Required Skills & Experience:
- At least 2 years’ experience in customer support within the iGaming or sports betting industry
- Strong understanding of betting products, odds, and player behavior
- Fluency in Portuguese is required.
- English proficiency is a strong plus.
- Calm, solutions-oriented, and empathetic approach
- Solid computer skills and ability to learn new tools quickly
- Reliable, proactive, and a team player
