Careers.bet is hiring on behalf of a fast-growing iGaming operator looking to expand their footprint across Latin America. We’re on the lookout for a results-driven Affiliate Manager with a proven track record in LATAM markets to manage, grow, and optimize affiliate relationships.

What You’ll Do:
  • Identify, onboard, and manage affiliate partners across key LATAM markets (Brazil, Mexico, Colombia, and others)
  • Optimize existing affiliate relationships to maximize acquisition and revenue performance
  • Monitor, analyze, and report on affiliate KPIs (FTDs, CPA/CPL performance, ROI)
  • Negotiate and manage commercial deals with new and existing partners
  • Collaborate with the CRM, product, and creative teams to support partners with relevant marketing assets and offers
  • Stay up to date with LATAM market trends and competitor activities to identify new growth opportunities.
Required Skills & Experience:
  • 2+ years of experience in Affiliate Marketing within the iGaming industry
  • Strong network of LATAM affiliates (poker, casino, sportsbook, or mixed)
  • Fluency in Portuguese or Spanish, with solid English communication skills
  • Commercial mindset and strong negotiation skills
  • Data-driven approach with experience using affiliate platforms and tracking tools
  • Self-motivated, results-oriented, and comfortable working remotely across time zones
  • Affiliate portfolio or existing LATAM partner base is highly desirable
  • Experience with the MyAffiliates platform is a strong plus
