One of LATAM’s top operators is looking for a detail-driven Payments Analyst to join their team and help keep the player experience seamless, secure, and optimized across multiple markets.
This is a hybrid role, with the flexibility to work from home and the energy of an onsite team in São Paulo or Lima.
What You’ll Do:
- Monitor, analyze, and optimize payment processing flows across multiple PSPs
- Identify and troubleshoot payment issues, declines, and delays
- Collaborate with fraud and compliance teams to ensure secure and compliant transactions
- Track and report on key KPIs like approval rates, chargebacks, and reconciliation gaps
- Assist in onboarding and testing new payment methods and providers
- Propose improvements to payment UX and ensure localization per market requirements
Required Skills & Experience:
- Experience in payments, fintech, or iGaming (strongly preferred)
- Familiarity with PSPs, e-wallets, credit cards, local payment methods, and chargebacks
- Strong Excel and data analysis skills
- Proactive mindset, analytical thinking, and attention to detail
- Fluent in Portuguese or Spanish, and proficient in English
- Based in or willing to relocate to São Paulo or Lima
