
iGaming Operations Manager
We are seeking an experienced iGaming Operations Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of an established B2C online gaming operator. This is a fully remote role within South America, offering a unique opportunity to take ownership of key operational processes, optimize workflows, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance player experience and business performance.
As the Operations Manager, you will be responsible for the efficiency and execution of iGaming operations, working closely with internal departments such as Product, Payments, Customer Support, Marketing, and Risk & Fraud to ensure seamless processes and growth. The role reports directly to the COO, based in Gibraltar.
What You’ll Do:
- Oversee day-to-day operations for the online gaming platform, ensuring smooth and efficient processes.
- Collaborate with Customer Support, Payments, Fraud & Risk, Compliance, and Marketing teams to enhance operational effectiveness.
- Monitor player lifecycle, customer journeys, and user experience, implementing improvements to boost retention and revenue.
- Analyze operational KPIs and performance metrics, making data-driven recommendations for improvements.
- Ensure regulatory and compliance requirements are met across key markets.
- Work closely with Product and Tech teams to streamline operations and introduce new features, updates, and enhancements.
- Identify inefficiencies, risks, and opportunities, developing strategies to mitigate challenges and improve processes.
- Manage third-party service providers, ensuring optimal performance from partners such as payment processors and platform suppliers.
Required Skills & Experience:
- Proven experience in iGaming Operations Management (Casino and/or Sportsbook experience preferred).
- Strong knowledge of iGaming operations, including payments, risk & fraud, CRM, and customer support processes.
- Fluent in English and Spanish; Portuguese is a plus.
- Analytical mindset with experience in tracking KPIs, analyzing operational performance, and improving processes.
- Ability to work effectively cross-functionally with diverse teams in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience managing external vendors, partners, and third-party providers.
- Strong understanding of regulatory requirements in Latin American markets.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
