What You’ll Do:

• ✅ Use your preferred sourcing channels—job boards, social media, networking—to attract top talent.
  ✅ Conduct screenings and interviews to assess candidate fit for roles in iGaming.
  ✅ Collaborate closely with our Director and recruitment team to ensure smooth processes for both candidates and clients.
  ✅ Build a strong network of talent in the iGaming sector.
  ✅ Coordinate interviews and maintain clear communication between candidates and hiring managers.
  ✅ Stay updated on industry trends to identify new sourcing opportunities.

What We’re Looking For

• 🎯 Fluent in English plus Spanish or Portuguese.
  🎯 Proven experience in recruitment or talent acquisition, ideally in iGaming or Crypto.
  🎯 Knowledge of recruitment best practices, sourcing techniques, and talent pipelines.
  🎯 Independent, self-motivated, and highly organized—you manage your time like a pro.
  🎯 Ability to juggle multiple recruitment projects while delivering quality results.
  🎯 Strong communication and negotiation skills—you know how to engage both clients and candidates.
