Key Responsibilities
- Campaign Management: Plan, execute, and optimize multi-channel CRM campaigns, including email, SMS, push notifications, and in-app messages, tailored to the Brazilian audience.
- Customer Segmentation: Utilize data analytics to segment the customer base effectively, ensuring personalized and targeted communication strategies.
- Content Localization: Collaborate with content and design teams to create compelling and culturally relevant marketing materials for the Brazilian market.
- Performance Analysis: Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations to improve engagement and retention rates.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, product, and customer support teams to align CRM initiatives with overall business objectives.

What We’re Looking For
