Key Responsibilities

• Strategic Leadership: Oversee all acquisition channels, including paid media, SEO, and affiliation, ensuring maximum ROI.
• Campaign Management: Plan and implement brand campaigns through social media, programmatic advertising, and other channels to scale both organic and overall acquisition efforts.
• Performance Marketing: Manage and optimize PPC campaigns on platforms such as Google Ads and Facebook Ads to maximize ROI.
• Data Analysis: Analyze campaign performance data to make informed, data-driven decisions that enhance campaign effectiveness and user acquisition.
• Team Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams to regularly create and improve landing pages, overall marketing, and merchandising campaigns.
• Partner Relations: Identify and cultivate top performers, developing incentive programs to reward key partners.
• Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends, representing the business at industry events, and conducting market analysis to uncover growth opportunities.

What We’re Looking For

• Experience: A minimum of 5 years in an acquisition role within the iGaming industry, with a proven track record in both sportsbook and casino products.
• Market Knowledge: Deep understanding of the LATAM market dynamics, consumer behavior, and regulatory environment.
• Analytical Skills: Strong data analysis capabilities with a focus on performance metrics and ROI optimization.
• Communication: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage acquisition teams effectively.
• Language Proficiency: Fluency in Spanish and English is required; proficiency in Portuguese is a plus.
