Key Responsibilities
- Marketing Strategy & Execution: Develop and implement a multi-channel marketing strategy tailored to the Mexican market, covering ATL, BTL, digital, influencer marketing, and on-site promotions.
- Performance & KPIs: Define and monitor key marketing targets, including traffic growth, conversion rates, player value, and acquisition costs, aligning with the company’s financial objectives.
- Brand Positioning & Campaign Management: Plan, localize, and execute high-impact marketing campaigns to strengthen the brand and enhance user engagement.
- Creative & Content Development: Work with agencies and internal teams to create compelling content and advertising materials that resonate with Mexican audiences.
- Market Analysis & Competitive Research: Stay ahead of industry trends, track competitor activities, and identify opportunities for market differentiation.
- Budget & ROI Management: Optimize marketing budgets, ensuring cost-effective media buying and maximizing campaign ROI.
- Partnerships & Negotiations: Develop and negotiate business deals with media partners, affiliates, and key industry stakeholders to enhance brand exposure.
- Regulatory Compliance: Ensure that all marketing initiatives comply with local iGaming regulations and advertising guidelines.
- Team Leadership & Collaboration: Lead and coordinate marketing teams, agencies, and third-party vendors to execute campaigns efficiently
What We’re Looking For
- Experience: Minimum 4 years in a marketing manager role, ideally within the iGaming, sports betting, or digital entertainment sectors.
- Regional Expertise: Strong understanding of the Mexican market, consumer behavior, and local gaming regulations.
- Marketing Skills: Proven track record in digital marketing, brand management, and media planning.
- Data-Driven Mindset: Ability to analyze campaign performance and optimize strategies based on key KPIs.
- Languages: Fluency in Spanish is required; English is a strong plus. .
- Business Acumen: Entrepreneurial approach with a results-driven mindset and hands-on attitude.
- Collaboration & Leadership: Strong communication and leadership skills, with the ability to manage agencies, internal teams, and external partners.
- Flexibility: Willingness to travel occasionally for industry events and partner meetings.
