What You’ll Do:

Required Skills & Experience:

- Strong network of LATAM affiliates (poker, casino, sportsbook, or mixed)
- Fluency in Portuguese or Spanish, with solid English communication skills
- Commercial mindset and strong negotiation skills
- Data-driven approach with experience using affiliate platforms and tracking tools
- Self-motivated, results-oriented, and comfortable working remotely across time zones
- Affiliate portfolio or existing LATAM partner base is highly desirable
